The Diver Stress and Rescue course is for divers that have decided they are ready to start thinking about the safety of other divers, not just their own safety. This is for dives that like to dive without the help of a dive centre, club or just professionals in general.

This is a 2 day course. On the first day we go through all the theory. We teach you how to recognise stress in yourself and others then go on to rescue procedures and techniques. Then we head down to the sea and go through all the rescue techniques. After you have learned everything, we go out for a few dives where we have some simulated accidents and emergencies that you will have to deal with.

The Diver Stress and Rescue course is a very demanding and tiring course, but one of the most fun, and at the end you will feel a lot more confident in the water.
